Chronic Tibia Osteomyelite
Male patient of 60 years of age has chronic tibia osteomyelite with continuing flow which had been continuing for 42 years. Widened curettage, cement spacer with antibiotics and local musculocutanous gastrocnemius phleb was turned for the patient. Following the infection curing, cement was taken out of the patient and otology bone graft was performed.
