4.5 cm of shortness in the left femur of female patient of 19 years of age was lengthened with LON method with 2 months of carrying fixator. It can be easily observed that the method does not limit patient comfort during the lengthening process either.

6 cm humerus shortness existed in male child of 11 years of age due to humerus proximal phiz damage. 6.5 cm lengthening was applied to patient with LRS ortofix system.
